The Lab
What we investigate
The Human Prosperity Lab studies how people move from limitation, conditioning, and inherited narratives into greater agency, creativity, and whole-life prosperity — and turns that inquiry into ideas, experiments, and tools.
Current Questions
Can aliveness function as information?
We treat energy, interest, and aliveness as distractions from 'real' decisions. What changes if we treat them as data instead?
Enter inquiry →How much of 'reality' is inherited interpretation?
Some limits are real. Others are inherited, rehearsed, and never examined. The Lab investigates how to tell the difference without denying what's actually true.
Enter inquiry →What changes when a person sees themselves as an author rather than a recipient?
A shift in self-concept — from someone things happen to, to someone who participates in what happens — may be one of the most consequential changes available to a person.
Enter inquiry →Can possibility be trained?
Perceived possibility — what a person believes is available to them — may be trainable independent of circumstance. The Lab is investigating what that training actually looks like.
Enter inquiry →What does financial agency change psychologically?
Money is not the whole of prosperity, but the Lab refuses to treat financial agency as beneath serious inquiry. What actually shifts internally when material optionality changes?
Enter inquiry →Research Territories
Human prosperity is multidisciplinary. Browse inquiries, experiments, and Field Notes by territory rather than a single domain.
Active Experiments
The Story Audit
What changes when you separate the facts of your life from the story you tell about them?
Aliveness as Information
What happens when you treat moments of aliveness as data rather than distraction?
The Next Logical Step
Can movement return when you stop demanding the whole map and act only on the next available step?
Borrowed Beliefs
Which of your 'realistic' limits did you actually choose?
Agency Inventory
Where in your life have you quietly transferred authorship to someone else?
Build the Environment
What changes when you redesign the environment instead of relying on motivation?
Name the Future
Does language change behavior when you describe what you are building with greater precision?
What We Are Learning
As experiments run and Field Notes accumulate, this is where the Lab will report what the evidence actually supports — clearly separated from what remains a working hypothesis. This section is intentionally sparse at launch; it will fill in as real observations arrive.
