Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
Acceptance
By using this site, including the Human Prosperity Audit, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site — including Field Notes, experiments, the Human Prosperity Method, the Human Prosperity Audit, or any personalized report — constitutes medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice. This is an educational and self-reflection resource, not a substitute for a licensed professional. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or crisis service in your area.
The Human Prosperity Audit
The Audit is a self-reflection tool based on your own answers to 28 statements. It has not been clinically or scientifically validated, does not diagnose anything, and does not predict outcomes. Any personalized report generated from your results (including AI-generated content) is intended for reflection and educational purposes only.
Payment and refunds
The personalized Human Prosperity Report is a $29 one-time digital purchase, processed securely through Stripe. Because the report is generated specifically for you at the time of purchase, all sales are final. If something goes wrong with your order — a payment issue, a report that never arrives — reach out through the Contribute page and we'll make it right.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — including the Human Prosperity Method, Field Notes, experiments, and the Audit itself — belongs to Aicha Sharif Choudhuri / The Human Prosperity Lab, unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to reference and quote it with attribution; please don't republish it wholesale without permission.
No guaranteed outcomes
We make no promises about specific results from using this site or any of its tools. Change, where it happens, depends on many factors outside what any assessment or report can account for.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Human Prosperity Lab and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any product purchased through it.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Lab's tools evolve. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do.
